Pharmacy1st.ai is built by Infohealth Ltd, a team of clinicians, engineers, and marketers who have been working at the intersection of pharmacy and technology for over two decades.
We didn’t start in a tech incubator. We started behind a pharmacy counter. We know what it feels like to manage a queue of patients, triage a complex presentation under time pressure, and carry the weight of a prescribing decision. That lived experience is in every line of code we write.
Our Mission
Make NHS Pharmacy First work the way it should, for pharmacists and patients alike.
The Pharmacy First programme is one of the most significant expansions of community pharmacy’s clinical role in a generation. But delivering seven clinical pathways at scale, with full PGD compliance, thorough documentation, and safe prescribing, all while running a busy pharmacy, is a real challenge.
We built Pharmacy1st.ai to take the administrative and cognitive burden off the pharmacist’s shoulders, so they can focus on what they do best: making clinical decisions and caring for patients.

Our Heritage
Infohealth Ltd has been operating in pharmacy and digital health since 2000. We’re not a startup experimenting with healthcare for the first time.
We’ve spent years building the clinical governance infrastructure, regulatory knowledge, and technical capability that a platform like this demands. Pharmacy1st.ai is the product of all of that experience.

Pharmacy1st.ai is a B2B platform designed for pharmacies. Your pharmacy subscribes to the service, your patients interact with the AI consultation, and your pharmacist receives a structured QA document to support their prescribing decision under the PGDs.
Your pharmacy remains in control.You are the data controller for your patients’ information. You determine how the service is delivered in your pharmacy. Your pharmacist makes every clinical decision. We provide the technology; you provide the care.
