Subscribe to the Service
Choose the plan that fits your pharmacy and sign up. We’ll provide your subscription agreement and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for review and signature. Once complete, your pharmacy account is created and you’re ready to configure.
Provide Your Pharmacy IP Address
For security, access to the platform is restricted to your pharmacy’s network. Simply provide us with the static IP address from which the service will be deployed. This ensures that only authorised devices within your pharmacy can access patient consultations and clinical data.
Log In From Any Browser
Pharmacy1st.ai is a web-based platform. There’s nothing to install. Open any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox), navigate to the platform, and log in with your pharmacy credentials. It works on desktops, laptops, and tablets.
Start a Patient Consultation
When a patient presents for a Pharmacy First consultation, click the Patient Consultation Card from the Home Page. The AI will guide the patient through a structured clinical assessment covering the relevant Pharmacy First pathway, collecting symptoms, medical history, medications, allergies, and screening responses.
Review the QA Document
Once the consultation is complete, the results appear in your Pharmacist QA Queue. The AI produces a structured quality-assured (QA) document summarising the clinical findings, PGD eligibility assessment, any red flags identified, and a reasoned recommendation with full clinical rationale.
Print or Export the Consultation Record
Once you have reviewed the QA document and made your clinical decision, you can print or export the full consultation corpus for your pharmacy records. This provides a complete audit trail of the consultation, the AI assessment, and your prescribing decision.
Submit Your Claim to the NHS
Submit your claim data to the NHS using your preferred middleware or claims submission system. Pharmacy1st.ai fits into your existing workflow. We don’t replace your dispensing or claims infrastructure; we sit alongside it.
